On Sunday, Gozo Highspeed, released its upcoming summer schedule, ready for a busy season welcoming tourists.
The new schedule will start operating at the start of May and will go on until September.
The summer schedule will operate more trips with extended hours, having the last ferry service from at 10:15pm instead of 9:15pm. This includes both ports in Mġarr and Valletta.
Additionally, on Fridays and Saturdays only the ferry will operate until 11:30pm from Mġarr and 12:30am from Valletta.
Gozo Highspeed is a ferry line operated by Virtu Ferries and Gozo Fast Ferry that started operating last summer.
In recent weeks, Gozo Highspeed suffered a number of delays because of unfavourable weather conditions, leading for many Gozitans who regularly travel to Malta for work frustrated.
