The Planning Authority has announced the completion of the Irrestawra Darek 2026 application cycle for Reġjun Nofsinhar, which has drawn an exceptionally high level of interest from residents within the localities of the region.

Demand for the scheme surged immediately upon opening, with the available regional funds quickly taken up and applications surpassing the allocated quota shortly thereafter.

“This enthusiastic participation underscores the strong commitment of homeowners in Reġjun Nofsinhar towards safeguarding and restoring their properties,” the PA said.

Attention now shifts to the next regional phase of the programme. Details regarding upcoming application dates will be published shortly through the Planning Authority’s official channels.

In the meantime, the public is encouraged to visit www.pa.org.mt for the latest updates.
