An alliance agreement has been made between The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry and PsyPotential Ltd, a leading organisation in leadership development, professional growth, and organisational wellbeing.

This strategic collaboration, the Chamber explained, aims to strengthen Maltese businesses by promoting best practices in leadership, professional development, and corporate wellness.

“Through this alliance, both parties will work together to raise awareness, provide expertise, and support companies in integrating advanced leadership capabilities and workplace wellbeing strategies,” a press statement read.

The partnership will also explore additional subjects and initiatives as mutually agreed, ensuring flexibility and relevance to Malta’s evolving business landscape.

As part of the agreement, PsyPotential Ltd. will collaborate with The Malta Chamber’s network of alliances and partners, contributing ideas and solutions designed to enhance competitiveness and productivity.

The organisation will also play an active role in initiatives that add value to society and act as catalysts for innovation within the scope of this alliance.

Marthese Portelli, CEO of The Malta Chamber, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, saying that “this alliance underscores our commitment to strengthening Malta’s business ecosystem by investing in people, performance, and workplace wellbeing. PsyPotential brings a wealth of expertise that will greatly benefit our members and help organisations thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.”

Patrick Psaila, psychologist and Director of PsyPotential Ltd added to the positiveness, saying “collaborative, win-win partnerships between organisations that share common values are the way forward in today’s increasingly volatile, rapidly changing, and unpredictable business environment. Prioritising the human dimension in the way we lead and manage organisations is critical to ensuring sustainable success and enabling people to thrive over the long term.”

The agreement was signed by Marthese Portelli, CEO of The Malta Chamber, and Patrick Psaila, Founder and Director at PsyPotential Ltd.
