ARMS has announced that its offices will be closed and its website offline from Friday (today) until Thursday 3rd October, for an “internal system upgrade”.

The company informed the public via social media that it will be “updating its system to provide more efficient, secure, and reliable services for all its customers.”

As part of the process, ARMS offices will remain closed from Monday 30th September to Wednesday 2nd October. The website went offline earlier, starting from Friday afternoon.

Attempts to access the website now display the following message:

“Site is currently under maintenance. ARMS Ltd is undergoing an internal system upgrade. We apologise for the inconvenience. We will reopen for business on Thursday, 3rd October.”

There appears to have been no prior warning of the closure, which could prove inconvenient for customers looking to pay bills or access other essential services, including the submission of forms for changing ownership of water and electricity meters.

These forms are also necessary for reporting changes in household occupancy, a requirement for rental contract registration with the Housing Authority.
