Mellieħa is welcoming an enticing new addition to its dining scene with the launch of Colette, a brasserie designed to offer patrons a delightful taste of France.
Colette invites guests to savour every moment. The day starts with freshly baked buttery croissants and a curated range of expertly brewed coffee. Leisurely lunches are accompanied by crisp glasses of carefully selected wines. Evenings are for relaxation, with exceptional dining and good company beneath Malta’s starry summer skies.
Inspired by tradition and respecting seasonality, Colette’s menu celebrates the typical flavours and classic techniques of French cuisine. Dishes range from delicate pastries to comforting, hearty fare, all prepared using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Complementing this culinary offering, Colette boasts an impressive wine selection, thoughtfully curated from the finest French, Maltese, and Mediterranean vineyards, ensuring a perfect and often playful pairing with its dishes.
Mellieħa residents and visitors alike are warmly invited to experience Colette’s alluring atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.
Colette is located in the charming pjazza near St Mary’s Church, taking over from Espiral, the beloved Spanish eatery previously run by the same dedicated team.
