Gozo Fast Ferry Ltd

On Wednesday (today), Gozo Highspeed announced that it will be suspending all voyages until further notice.

The cancellations were attributed to “unfavourable sea conditions.”

Gozo Highspeed is a fast ferry service that was born as part of merged operations between Virtu Ferries and Gozo Fast Ferry.

Weather on Wednesday is forecast to be cloudy, with showers of rain or hail and some thunder and strong gusts.

Winds are expected to be East Northeast at force five or six, while in the sothern area, it will start as variable at force two or three before becoming East Northeast at force four.

The sea is expected to be moderate, with conditions becoming slight in the souther area before transitioning to slight to moderate.

Since service is suspended until further notice, Gozo Highspeed has advised the public to keep an eye on its social media for any updates.
