It’s been 10 years since Apex Group opened their doors – starting from a team of three employees to a workforce of 300, offering varied professional and ancillary services. After a decade of achievements and growing to become a pillar within the community, Apex now look to offering meaningful benefits to thank their employees.

Partnering with HSF health plan (Malta) marks the start of a new chapter with a focus on wellness and accessible healthcare for the many employees that shape who they are as a company. Apex Group truly cares about their community; offering a wide range of community services like healthcare and nursing, childcare, commercial cleaning, and MFHEA accredited educational programs within Apex Academy.

Along the years, their many successes have been marked by an inspirational number of milestones. After initially launching as Apex Community Care, 2013 saw the opening of their very first childcare centre which now amounts to a stunning total of six childcare centres all around the Island. In 2017, Apex Group initiated their professional cleaning services, and by 2019, Apex Academy had gained MFHEA certification for its excellent range of educational programs. During the pandemic, Apex Group even provided COVID-19 vaccinations for the community, port screening, and services to COVID-19 positive cases, offering a helping hand during a time of crisis.

This year welcomes another set of significant milestones for this ambitious Maltese Group, including the official launch of their brand-new headquarters in Mriehel, GPL Business Centre, the signing of a new collective agreement for its care workers, and more recently, the opening of a new branch of the Iż-Żugraga childcare centre in Ħaż-Żebbuġ. Apex Group’s growth shows no end in sight and looks forward to its continued success in this coming year!
