“KM Malta Airlines regrets that due to a ground handling staff strike at Milan Linate Airport, the airline has been forced to cancel flights KM624 and KM625,” it said in a statement.

Therefore, Malta’s national airline stated that it has transferred affected passengers onto the following flights operating on Wednesday, 29th May:

  • KM625 operating from Milan Linate, departing at 3:35pm.

Last Saturday, KM was also forced to cancel flights to and from Paris Orly Airport due to an air traffic control strike.

On the other hand, for bookings through a travel agent, passengers are asked to contact their agent to initiate a refund request on their behalf.
