The findings refer to data collected in the third quarter of 2024, with the increase reflecting the year-on-year increase over the corresponding period of 2023.

Over that period, apartment prices increased by 6.9 per cent while the asking price for maisonettes increased by a slightly more moderate 5.8 per cent.

When compared to the second quarter of 2024, the RPPI registered a quarterly increase of 1.5 per cent.
