In what is possibly one of the largest stretches of land to be placed on the market in recent years, 100 tumoli of garrigue land in the north of Malta has officially been listed for sale.

The sale is being handled by Frank Salt Real Estate, marking a rare opportunity to acquire one of the island’s largest privately owned landholdings.

Described as a vast expanse of untouched countryside, Frank Salt Real Estate added that the land is situated “in one of Malta’s most serene and natural landscapes”. While the exact location has not been disclosed, it is believed to be among the most pristine and sizeable parcels currently available on the market.

Frank Salt Real Estate has not disclosed the asking price, encouraging interested parties to contact the agency directly for further details and viewings. The agency noted that the land is ideal for agricultural use, eco-friendly projects, or as a long-term investment.
