A 98.4 metre superyacht belonging to billionaire Joe Lewis, was spotted docked in Malta’s Grand Harbour last weekend.

The €130 million vessel is the fourth iteration of superyachts named Aviva belonging to Mr Lewis. It is used as his personal residence, office and features a 20 metre long tennis court inside making it a one-of-a-kind.

Its interiors were designed by UK-based design studio Reymond Langton Design, and the vessel was built in 2017 by the German shipyard firm Abeking & Rasmussen.

The award-winning shipyard has over 100 years of yachts and also boasts a range of cutting-edge military ships, specialised in minesweeping and patrolling.

Mr Lewis has an estimate net worth of €5.87 billion and is the owner of the Premier League football team, Tottenham Hotspurs. He’s also chairperson of Tavistock Group, a private-investment firm which owns over 200 companies across 13 countries.

This is the not the first time Aviva docked in Malta, having last been spotted in docked Valletta in January 2022 and in 2021.

According to VesselFinder.com, the Cayman Islands flagged vessel has a gross tonnage of 4,966 and can reach a top speed of 20 knots.
