COVID vaccine malta

Government has published its list of establishments where a valid vaccine certificate will be required to enter as from Monday, 17th January.

The full list is as follows:

  • Bars and nightclubs
  • Restaurants
  • Social clubs (including amusement areas)
  • Snack bars
  • Cinemas
  • Pools, spas and saunas
  • Gyms and fitness centres
  • Sport events
  • Bowling alleys
  • Theatres
  • Organised events
  • Exhibition
  • Casinos, gaming parlours and bingo halls

Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Chris Fearne announced gave details on the new rules earlier on Thursday, which will see restaurants COVID mitigation protocols. In addition, non-client facing staff will not be legally required to have a vaccine certificate.
