Science in the Citadel, the festival that promotes science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), will be returning once more on Sunday 28th April for its fifth edition.

The festival, happening between 10am and 6pm, is free for all family members to attend.

Over the years, Science in the Citadel established itself as an annual event in the calendar of activities organised by the Ministry for Gozo and Planning to attract visitors to Ċitadella and participate in the scientific event.

Visitors will be able to participate during interactive exhibitions, hands-on acticvities and demonstrations of the most recent scientific research and technological innovation.

The event will feature researchers and experts from the science industry and will also include workshops, a treasurehunt with a scientific and cultural twist, as well as meetings.

Minister for Gozo and Planning Clint Camilleri encouraged the public to attend the highly popular event.

‘Science in the Citadel’  is organised by the Directorate for EcoGozo within the Ministry. More information can be accessed here.
