No injuries were reported when part of a ceiling of a shop on South Street collapsed.
The police confirmed that no injuries were reported.
The incident occurred at 10.20am on Friday, on the site of the Danyberd shop. It is understood that a person was inside at the time of the incident.
OHSA and BCA officials are on site assessing the building.
