The Remarkable Collective (TRC), Malta’s leading holistic professional services collective, is proud to announce the appointment of Alan Meilak as a Strategy Partner within the Collective. This strategic partnership significantly enhances TRC’s ability to deliver integrated, high-level business strategy and operational excellence to its growing client base.

The addition of Alan Meilak reinforces TRC's commitment to providing a seamless, integrated approach across its core brands: Ceek Talent (Recruitment), Think Talent (Talent Management), and Think & Consult (Business Advisory).

Mr Meilak brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, including roles as Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer across local and international organisations. His career spans multiple sectors including aviation, tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, and national infrastructure, where he has led businesses through periods of growth, transformation, restructuring, and regulatory change.

Mr Meilak serves in a senior Group Chief Finance and Operations role, overseeing group-wide financial strategy, governance, operations, and performance optimisation across multiple businesses. Prior to this, he held a Chief Executive Officer position within a nationally significant organisation, where he led the successful scaling and operationalisation of Malta’s national Deposit Return System (DRS), a major public infrastructure programme. These and other roles collectively demonstrate his ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels within complex, multi-entity and multi-stakeholder environments.

Throughout his career, Mr Meilak has developed a strong reputation for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. His expertise includes business and financial strategy, governance, cashflow and performance management, operational optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and board-level advisory, making him a valuable strategic partner for organisations operating in both regulated and competitive environments.

In his role as Strategy Partner, Mr Meilak will leverage his unique background to infuse every level of the Collective with practical, executive-level strategic guidance. His expertise will specifically benefit clients by:

  • Enhancing Think & Consult: Providing consultants with unparalleled insight into regulatory environments and the operational challenges of executing large-scale projects.
  • Informing talent strategies: Guiding Ceek Talent and Think Talent on the future-oriented skill sets and organisational structures required to align with emerging national and economic priorities.
  • Driving resilient growth: Helping clients develop business plans and models that are robust, realistic, and strategically aligned with the current operational climate in Malta and beyond.

Beverly Cutajar, Group Chairperson & Founder of The Remarkable Collective, commented: “Alan Meilak’s appointment is a game-changer for our Collective network. His experience operating at both CEO and CFO level across diverse industries brings a rare and valuable perspective in strategy, operations and financial governance to our clients. Alan exemplifies the alignment of strategy, execution, and leadership that sits at the core of TRC’s philosophy. He embodies our philosophy that strategy and execution must be perfectly aligned for true, resilient growth.”

Alan Meilak stated: “I am pleased to join The Remarkable Collective at a time when businesses increasingly need integrated support across strategy, talent, and execution. Having worked across multiple sectors and at both executive and board level, I look forward to supporting TRC’s clients in building strong, sustainable organisations that can execute effectively and grow with confidence.”
